Contract Administration

Effective management and contract administration are essential to the successful completion of any project. Business Design Partners provide these services during the course of any fit-out or office refurbishment. We will also undertake applications, on behalf of our clients, to the Building Control department of the local authority for Building Regulation and Fire Certificate approval in respect of any internal alterations etc.

Through regular meetings with clients during the contracted works, progress and costs can be monitored so that any adjustments to programmes and budgets can be implemented with minimum disruption.

Certain projects, "especially live environments", demand that the works are completed under CDM (Construction Design & Management). We are fully conversant with the requirements of CDM together with all aspects of health and safety. Health and safety plans are provided together with method statements, risk assessments and appropriate on-site signage.
